Standard and Premium Packages
We offer a 14-day refund policy for our Standard and Premium packages. If you are not satisfied with the Standard or Premium package within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund.
Business Package
Due to the nature of the Business package, which is tailored for larger institutions and enterprises, we do not offer refunds for the Business package.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within the specified refund period. Refunds are applicable only to the Standard and Premium packages and not to the Business package.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for the Standard or Premium package, please contact our customer support team at support@eskooly.com within 14 days of your purchase. Refund requests must include your order details and the reason for the refund.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 10-12 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation of Services
If a refund is issued for the Standard or Premium package, your access to eSkooly Pro will be terminated, and you will no longer be able to use the software.
