You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. eSkooly Pro and its content, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and designs, are the intellectual property of eSkooly Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload, input, or submit to eSkooly Pro. By using our service, you grant eSkooly Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

Acceptable Use

Termination

eSkooly Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to eSkooly Pro at any time for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use eSkooly Pro will cease, and you must cease all use of the service and destroy any copies of eSkooly Pro in your possession.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
